Classroom
Our Classroom is a versatile educational room located within the Visitor Center with easy access to the Garden Space via a glass garage door. Classroom programming will focus on STEAM initiatives that correlate with Next Gen Science Standards and topics relevant to the environment and community. The classroom will provide flexible indoor space for school groups, adult workshops, and special events.
K-12 Educational Field Trips will be designed as 90 minute, half-day, and full-day experiences and will be offered as a single session, progressive multi-sessions, or in a multi-year design.
Summer Camps will provide intensive learning experiences for local families, as well as visitors from out-of-town, with opportunities to engage in hands-on learning during school breaks.
Workshops for families and adults will offer hands-on learning opportunities to people of ALL ages. Workshops will target topics introduced in tours and allow participants to dive deeper into related concepts.
